Meet Jaren Sustar
Growing up in a middle-class family, Jaren learned to work hard for everything he wanted.
While he was able to live out his dream of playing D1 baseball, he walked away with $60k+ in student loans... and the debt continued to pile up after he got married.
It wasn’t easy, but he and his wife Mary Beth took action to clean up their finances and finally made it out of the trenches.
Once they were debt-free, his best friend Gaston encouraged him to invest in real estate.
So Jaren learned everything he could about real estate investing for the next few years and bought his first rental property in 2018.
Since then, he's managed to scale to 30+ properties, without using his own money, while working a full-time job and raising a family of six.
